The Power of Forgiveness:

Led by the Rev. Bob Sessum

The practice and struggles of forgiveness is looked at through the eyes of a Holocaust survivor, the father of a murdered child, the Amish Community and more.  What is forgiveness?  How do we forgive the what seems unforgivable? Also discussed forgiving others, forgiving one's self, our family, and more.

Building a Heart of Faith

Led by the Rev. Lauren Hendrick, Dcn.

Meets in Youth Suite

Children, youth and their parents are invited to attend. This class looks at the really tough questions in a way that is easy to understand.  It gives a theological understanding of God, of Jesus, and how the Bible calls us to live.  Some questions looked at are: "If God is always with me, then how can God be with other people too?", "Why do bad things happen to good people?" , "Why should I pray if God never answers my prayer the way I want?", "Why did God send Jesus to earth if God knew Jesus was going to die anyway?", "Why doesn't God appear in a buring bush today?"
